Reducers

Reducers are mechanical components of relatively simple design, but with an important power transfer function.
This is also the main reason for their wear in the long term.
At Matris, we have all the necessary machinery and know-how to machine and rebuild gear reducers of different size classes: suitably sized cranes, tooling, CNC machining centres, grinding machines, laser welder.
We can rebuild or remanufacture every single component.

Vacuum and other pumps

We are not direct agents or repairers for vacuum pumps and other pumps, but with our knowledge gained from extremely challenging practical cases, we are often the best choice for solving the problems that arise.
We do not rely on the technical specifications of the manufacturers, it is more important to us to ensure the long-term performance of the device, even by choosing better and more durable components than those basically defined by the manufacturers.
All, of course, in accordance with the needs.

Fans

Fans are a similar story to pumps.
We are not only overhauling the motors, but also the transmissions and finally the wind/ventilation section.
We balance the shafts, we rebuild the wind turbines.

Shaft

Shafts occur in many machine components (motors, fans, pumps, etc.) and we can be said to be specialists in balancing, rebuilding and new ones.

Brakes

Despite its importance, the electric engine brake tends to be overlooked.
Depending on its function and operation, it can cause considerable collateral damage if it fails.
Many people do not even think that it is possible to rebuild the brake or that it makes financial sense to do so.

The advantage of having your brakes rebuilt at a Matris Service Centre is that it improves them by using repro materials of a higher quality than is usual or required by the manufacturer.
