When bearing seats or seal surfaces on the shaft are worn, we restore the shaft using laser welding without thermal deformation and grind it to the exact specified dimensions.
Bearing seat refurbishment
When the bearing seats in the housing are no longer within the prescribed tolerances, we restore them—thereby ensuring the geometric compliance of the entire gearbox after refurbishment.
Custom manufacturing of gears and shafts
When original parts are no longer available for purchase, we manufacture them. Based on measurements of existing components, we prepare a 3D design and mill the parts on a 5-axis CNC machine. We also resolve non-standard dimensions.

Refurbishment of two worm gearboxes
We refurbished two worm gearboxes for a client from an OEM machine that is no longer on the market. Since original gears and shafts could not be purchased, we designed them in 3D and milled them on a 5-axis CNC machine. Along with the comprehensive refurbishment, we saved the client more than €90,000 and six months of production downtime within a two-month period.
