Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Personal Data Protection Act. It sets out the terms and conditions for the use of the website www.matris.si, which is operated by Matris d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), and the conditions for the processing of personal data collected by the Provider.
In modern businesses, the right to privacy is one of the most important human rights. At Matris d.o.o., we are aware of this and respect the privacy of our customers, which is why we handle their personal data responsibly, carefully and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Republic of Slovenia. Access to personal data is only permitted to authorised employees of Matris d.o.o.
Matris d.o.o. uses your personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your request (making quotations, invoices, order forms, sending informative material) and for other purposes related to the order and the necessary communication and, in accordance with the purposes, for the successful performance of the service.

The Provider collects personal data from customers via the website www.matris.si. As the controller of personal data, it processes the personal data collected in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.

- We may request additional information from you for the purposes of reliable identification in the event that you exercise your rights in relation to personal data, but we may refuse to take action only if we can demonstrate that we cannot identify you reliably.
Unsubscribe from notifications
- You can unsubscribe from receiving email notifications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email you receive. You can also write to us at the company address to let us know your wishes.
- If you are still receiving notifications despite unsubscribing, we sincerely apologise for this and ask that you bring this to our attention immediately.
Right of appeal
