Manufacture of components for electric motors

We make custom stators. Sometimes, when rewinding the stator, the electrical shock to the casing makes the casing and stator no longer suitable for reuse. In this case, we make a perfect copy of the original.

A similar thing can happen with a rotor. In the event of excessive damage due to overheating, magnets coming loose or a damaged and punctured bandage, the damage to the rotor itself may be too severe and it is simply not worth rebuilding. But we can always make a new one.

Magnets are an essential part of an engine rebuild. Damaged magnetos should always be replaced or remagnetised when rebuilding the engine. New magnets are custom-designed, the necessary polarisation is determined, they are manufactured and re-magnetised.

Vanes and coils are also important components of electric motors. These parts are cut out, laser cut and the assembly is left up to you.

We also repair bearing seats. Mattresses are cut and machined on our CNC machines.

Since in recent years it has often been the case that the delivery times of cable manufacturers and suppliers are unusually long, the Matris Service Centre has also specialised in the production of customised power and signal cables. In this case, the delivery time is a week or two, subject only to the availability of the individual components.
